Pole Instructor

Bex started pole with a group of friends at a dance based class and instantly fell in love. "I loved the strength and confidence it gave me, as well as the amazing friendships I made! I started attending classes at Pole Position just after having my little girl and got a new found love for the strength moves and tricks.

I then went on to do my instructor training and joined the amazing Pole Position team. I absolutely love teaching and sharing in the successes of my students and I always leave feeling amazed by them."

Pole/Flow & Exotic Instructor

Beth started pole while I was at the University of Sheffield about 6 years ago. "I knew from my first class that pole was something that was going to play a big part in my life and I have loved it ever since.

I have competed in four competitions over the years, winning the advanced category in an inter uni competition and reaching the final in two national group competitions.

I have been teaching at Pole Position Aerial Fitness for the past year and can honestly say I have met the best people who I can confidently call friends for life."
