L3-4 - Intermediate Pole

LEVEL 3/4 - INTERMEDIATE POLE

This class will focus on invert drills and gaining proficiency in: lifting and not kicking into invert, outside leg hangs, inside leg hangs, inverted cross, cross ankle release, thigh holds, shoulder mounts, hip hold and learning how to hold these positions without hands.


This class is necessary to safely advance to the next level in your pole dancing world - you will absolutely love it!
