You do not have to be fit to get started, but you will certainly improve your fitness levels by attending regular classes!
Everyone is welcome at Pole Position Aerial Fitness.
Pole and hoop are certainly not 'just for women' - you only have to look at some of the big names in the aerial community to see what a diverse range of people participate!
However you identify, wherever you come from, whatever your other hobbies are - you will be welcomed into a caring and supportive studio community here at Pole Position Aerial Fitness.
There is no upper age limit, but you must be at least 16 years of age to attend classes at Pole Position Aerial Fitness.

The aerial hoops have a maximum weight limit of 180kg.
You can only attend classes whilst pregnant if you have poled/hooped up until the time you became pregnant.
Unfortunately we are unable to take on beginner students who are pregnant. We will happily welcome you to the studio after you have given birth and a medical professional has cleared you for starting to exercise again.
